Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking a MILLER & LUX Executive Chef to lead the culinary team with passion for excellence and hospitality operations. You will work across disciplines to deliver exceptional guest experiences, oversee menu development, and mentor staff to grow within the Four Seasons culture.

Qualifications

• Two to three years experience in culinary/food & beverage manager positions.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States.
• Required by local health authorities to obtain TB clearance when working in food & beverage.

Responsibilities

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline kitchen staff to meet established cultural and core standards and support long-range planning.
• Assist in menu and recipe development; ensure consistent quality and presentation of all items.
• Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards per Four Seasons and legal regulations; ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Maintain quality control and portion consistency; monitor supplier quality and product specs.
• Coordinate with staff and management to meet operational needs; conduct tastings and pre-meal meetings; engage guests to assess satisfaction.
• In off-peak seasons, creatively drive business through private events and innovative culinary programming.
