Collaborate with the Executive Chef and hotel departments to deliver flawless dining experiences for guests and events, while mentoring culinary professionals and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Sous Chef.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in managing high-end operations preferred.
• Culinary Degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities required.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and labor management practices.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in the management of the kitchen staff.
• Planning, scheduling, and organizing staff to ensure proper coverage.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items.
• Check and control proper storage of all food items to maintain freshness.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency to meet standards.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to support hotel events and daily operations.
• Promote teamwork and mentor culinary team members.
