Compass Group USA's Flik Hospitality division is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations for a premium airline lounge. You will lead a team of associates, ensure safety and sanitation, and drive menu development and cost control.

Responsibilities include planning menus, managing inventory, rolling out culinary programs with marketing, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of culinary management experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
• Plans and creates all menus

• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
