Sally’s Apizza in Norwalk, CT seeks an Executive Sous Chef to lead the kitchen under the General Manager, developing recipes, maintaining food quality, and controlling costs while upholding brand standards. You will train staff, enforce hygiene, and ensure timely, high-quality plating for a new restaurant launch.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in kitchen leadership, ServeSafe certification, and strong organizational skills.

Formación

• High school or GED equivalent.
• Formal culinary training or associate degree in culinary arts (preferred but not required).
• Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership role within a full-service restaurant kitchen.
• ServeSafe Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations under the General Manager.
• Train kitchen staff and mentor back-of-house team.
• Develop new recipes and procedures in collaboration with Culinary Operations.
• Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Place food orders and conduct end-of-period inventory.
