Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and ensures compliance with standard recipes and production methods.
• Generates maximum financial performance for all outlets with cost control responsibilities.
• Oversees production planning and coordinates hot and cold food production.
• Trains, develops, and directs kitchen staff using approved management practices.
• Interviews, selects, and trains employees; conducts performance reviews.
