• Experience as Executive Sous Chef or hotel kitchen leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef and cover in absence; manage kitchen and staff.
• Ensure quality prep and presentation of all menu items.
• Oversee sanitation and food storage per health regulations.
• Coordinate food purchases and develop menus within cost controls.
• Maintain kitchen standards and inventory for costs and labor.
• Supervise buffet setups and showpieces.
• Hire, discipline, and manage kitchen personnel.
• Lead cooking operations across shifts.
