Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef and replace in absence.
• Manage kitchen and kitchen personnel; ensure quality preparation and presentation of all menu items and proper food handling.
• Coordinate purchasing of all food and develop menus; monitor costs and labor.
• Oversee all cooking operations and maintain hygiene and sanitary conditions.
• Supervise buffets, showpieces and kitchen cleanliness.
