Job summary

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Food Safety systems and procedures.
• Experience running culinary operations in a full-service restaurant kitchen.
• ServeSafe Certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations according to company standards.
• Train kitchen staff on best practices for cleanliness and sanitation.
• Maintain internal controls and quality of food and service.
