Qualifications

• Certificate from college, technical school or accredited facility, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise culinary staff and food production for designated kitchen areas.
• Maintain quality standards and cost control through recipes, inventories and records.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, and rotation of food per health guidelines.
• Assist in budgeting, menu development and purchasing decisions.
• Train and supervise staff and promote efficient operation across departments.
