Eurest USA in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Chef Manager to lead our corporate dining operation, ensuring culinary excellence and superior service across on-site cafes and executive dining rooms.

You will oversee inventory, purchasing, menu development and cost controls, with a strong focus on local sourcing, safety, and profitability. HACCP knowledge and ServSafe certification are a plus, reflecting our commitment to quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Working knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.
• Experience with cost controls, menu development, and sourcing local products.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
