Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef.
• Health and sanitation card.
• Food service management certification, Serve Safe.

Responsibilities

• Oversee menu development and production planning.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
• Procure food supplies and manage inventory.
• Determine budgetary requirements for food and equipment.
• Lead recruitment and hiring for kitchen staff.
• Coordinate scheduling to meet operational needs.
