Responsibilities

• Train and mentor kitchen staff on duties, plating, and culinary processes.
• Develop schedules, direct staff, and maintain open communication between management and associates.
• Provide tools and equipment for associates to perform their roles effectively.
• Address and resolve kitchen issues proactively.
• Participate in inventory management, meetings, and MOD programs.
• Ensure all food meets quality standards and is prepared per recipes on time.
• Support goals, standards, and profitability of the kitchen.
• Supervise kitchen staff, sanitation associates as needed in absence of the Executive Chef.
• Maintain records of recipes, production logs, and payroll submissions.
