Invited Clubs is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead culinary operations at Treesdale Golf & Country Club in the Pittsburgh area. You will report to the Executive Chef and manage daily kitchen activities, menu development, and cost controls while ensuring top-tier quality and member satisfaction.

You will oversee kitchen staff, maintain health and safety standards, and drive efficiencies to support profitability. A development path toward an Executive Chef role is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Serve Safe or equivalent food service management certification preferred.
• Experience in kitchen leadership and food production management a must.
• Strong cost controls and budgeting understanding.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and meal production.
• Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high quality and efficiency.
• Monitor sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Plan menus and forecast member counts for production.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, and develop kitchen personnel.
