Qualifications

• College degree with hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts focus.
• 3–5 years leading culinary/FB departments.
• Experience with Four Seasons standards and SOPs.
• Proficiency with F&B computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the hotel's senior culinary leader with strategic direction for all kitchen operations.
• Oversee menu development, staff development, and financial performance.
• Ensure sanitation and quality standards meet Four Seasons and regulatory requirements.
• Manage labor, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Coordinate cross‑department communications and regular operational meetings.
