Compass Group USA's Eurest unit seeks an Executive Chef I in Seattle, WA to lead kitchen operations, ensure safety and quality, and guide culinary staff in a high-volume corporate dining setting.

Ideal candidates will have an A.S. or equivalent experience, 5+ years in culinary/kitchen management, and hands-on leadership. ServSafe certification is highly desirable. 15% annual bonus potential and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience required.
• Hands-on chef experience is essential.
• High volume, complex foodservice operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure a safe, sanitary work environment.
• Prepare or direct the preparation of meals per corporate guidelines.
• Plan and execute menus, recipes, and production schedules.
• Train staff in food preparation, safety, and sanitation.
