Levy, part of Compass Group USA, seeks an Executive Sous Chef to lead culinary operations and deliver guest-focused hospitality. You will maintain recipes, ensure safety and sanitation, and drive show quality across events.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, passion, and the ability to work independently while guiding and mentoring a culinary team toward Levy standards and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred.
• Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverages.
• Effective communication with management, guests, and team.
• Proven team builder with strong development skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Executes menus in accordance to brand standards.
• Maintains recipes to meet core standards.
• Ensures team delivers heartfelt hospitality to every guest, every time.
• Hires, trains, and develops team members per Levy guidelines.
• Mentors Sous Chefs to improve skills and leadership.
