• A culinary degree is preferred.
• Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverage products.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, email, and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Executes menus in accordance to brand standards.
• Maintains recipes to meet core standards.
• Ensures team delivers heartfelt hospitality to every guest, every time.
• Mentors Sous Chefs to improve skills and leadership abilities.
• Forecasts and schedules team members to meet operational needs.
