Job summary

Levy is seeking a Sous Chef to lead culinary operations for a premium concessions account. You will supervise, plan menus, oversee catering events, and collaborate with the Executive Chef on cost controls and program development.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a high-volume kitchen and a passion for quality, presentation, and client satisfaction. Join a dynamic team within Compass Group USA’s Levy brand.

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent in culinary field or related area.
• High volume, complex foodservice operations experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food cost controls and cost management.
• Experience creating and executing catering programs and menus.
• Willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef with cost controls and managing expenditures for the account.
• Assist in planning and creating menus for the operation.
• Produce and execute catering events for clients.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
