Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional kitchen experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine preferred.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Understanding of high-volume, fast-paced kitchen operations and food costs.
