Sodexo is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to oversee the Las Vegas Convention Center operations in Las Vegas, NV. You will lead culinary teams, plan menus, and ensure top-tier service for large events in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In this role you will guide staff, uphold food safety standards, and collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional guest experiences and seamless event execution. Night/weekend flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Related Experience: 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee menu planning, program execution and staff development in a high-volume kitchen.
• Lead and mentor the culinary team, ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage full catering process from concept through execution for large events.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external clients to align with event timelines.
