Responsibilities:

As Executive Sous Chef, you will assist in managing all culinary operations to deliver outstanding guest service and financial results. Your tasks will include:

  • Supporting the Executive Chef in overseeing culinary operations, food quality, safety standards, team performance, and cost controls
  • Engaging with guests and clients to monitor satisfaction and implement improvements
  • Creating and executing menus for special events based on current food trends and regional tastes
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards
  • Developing team members through supervision, training, evaluations, and recognition
