Job summary

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu At Ko Olina seeks an Executive Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team, partnering with the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional, high-volume dining across outlets and banquets.

You will supervise culinary operations, drive quality, profitability and guest satisfaction, recruit and mentor staff, and contribute to menu development while upholding Four Seasons standards in a luxury resort setting on Oahu’s western coast.

Qualifications

• College degree in hotel/restaurant management, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in multiple culinary/food & beverage department head positions.
• Knowledge of Four Seasons standards and operating procedures.
• Ability to operate F&B computer systems.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the kitchen department under the Executive Chef.
• Establish identity, quality, and execution in all restaurants and banquets.
• Experience in high-volume operations.
• Support administrative tasks to drive revenue and profitability.
• Contribute to creative process across outlets.
• Align with strategic decisions to support F&B concepts.
• Build and keep teams engaged for resort opening.
