Responsibilities

• Motivate, mentor and develop a culinary team.
• Manage the culinary standards in a high-volume scratch kitchen.
• Assist and float through all kitchen stations.
• Cook great food in a modern kitchen.
• Oversee ordering, scheduling, inventory and admin duties.
