Key responsibilities include managing cost controls, planning and creating menus, purchasing and inventory management, and rolling out new culinary programs with marketing and the culinary team. Local to Milwaukee, MI.

Formación

• Culinary degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of culinary management experience required.
• High volume production and catering experience required.
• Experience managing cost controls.
