Qualifications

• Must have formal culinary education and strong kitchen leadership.
• Experience in high-volume corporate dining preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation, safety standards and HACCP basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in ensuring sanitation, safety, production, and merchandising standards.
• Motivate, train, and direct back-of-house staff to meet operations objectives.
• Ensure high-quality food is prepared and presented cost-effectively.
• Assist in planning, ordering, inventory, and food preparation processes.
• Support cost controls and expenditures for the account.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
