Job summary

The Mina Group is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead culinary operations across StripSteak and Orla in Las Vegas, moving between both properties as needed. This hands-on role partners with Executive Chefs to maintain consistency and elevate guest experiences through strong leadership and mentorship.

You will drive inventory control, labor management, and food quality while upholding the brands’ culinary identities and hospitality standards in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in a high-volume, fine-dining kitchen.
• Minimum one year in a culinary leadership role.
• Culinary degree preferred.
• Ability to work regularly at both StripSteak and Orla in Las Vegas.
• Knowledge of food-safety and sanitation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations across StripSteak and Orla in Las Vegas.
• Provide mentorship and staff development across two kitchens.
• Oversee inventory, labor management, and cost controls.
