Job summary

Flower Child is seeking an Executive Sous Chef in Overland Park, KS to lead kitchen operations in a fast-paced, health-focused concept. The role requires 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience and a strong grasp of operations, scheduling, and guest satisfaction.

You will manage shifts, ensure quality and cleanliness, and coach a team to deliver memorable dining experiences. Proficiency with POS systems and OpenTable is expected, with a competitive pay structure and a 10% bonus

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Understanding of business operations and financials is essential.
• Experience managing shifts, scheduling, and daily decision making.
• Ability to create memorable dining experiences and exceed guest expectations.
• Solid knowledge of food ingredients, flavors, and aromas.
