The Executive Sous Chef assists the Chef de Cuisine (“CDC”) and Executive Chef in leading all BOH team members, managing kitchen operations, menu planning, recipes, financial responsibilities, inventory, food quality, and employee supervision. They provide leadership and hands-on training, ensuring safety, sanitation, and a positive work environment.
