Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Exec Sous Chef to join the opening team of a chef-driven full-service restaurant concept in Menlo Park, CA. You will help build the kitchen from the ground up and work closely with an experienced Chef in a high-volume setting.

The role requires a proven culinary leader with a hands-on approach, strong food cost understanding, and a commitment to quality and consistency. Health Benefits and dining discounts are included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Exec Sous Chef or similar culinary leadership role.
• Full-service restaurant experience, ideally Italian or Mediterranean.
• Comfortable working in a chef-driven, high-quality environment.
• Strong understanding of food cost, inventory and kitchen operations.
• Hands-on approach with a passion for quality and consistency.

We’re partnered with an exciting chef-driven full-service restaurant concept and are looking for an experienced Exec Sous Chef to join the opening team.

This is a great opportunity for a strong culinary leader who wants to be part of building a kitchen from the ground up and working closely with an experienced Chef.
