Job summary

Kforce is seeking an Executive Sourcing & Recruiting Manager in NYC to lead strategic talent sourcing initiatives and build pipelines for hard-to-fill and future hiring needs. You will partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and business leaders to identify top talent and develop sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities include talent mapping, market research, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools, and driving workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3+ years of sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or executive search experience.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple functions and markets.
• Conduct talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence.
• Utilize sourcing tools, social media, referrals, networking, and professional associations to identify qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiting teams to understand hiring needs and talent challenges.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and recruiting strategies.
• Engage and qualify candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
• Support workforce planning and strategic hiring initiatives.
• Track sourcing activity, pipeline metrics, and recruiting performance data.
• Participate in process improvement and talent acquisition projects.
