Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in executive search, recruiting, or talent sourcing from a retained search firm or financial services is a plus.
• Experience supporting or leading searches for senior-level or leadership roles preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a highly consultative and research-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive Recruiters and Business Leaders to deliver high-quality executive search engagements.
• Drive the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle—from market mapping through candidate development.
• Ensure rigorous execution, attention to detail, and a high standard of candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with executive recruiters to align on search strategy and candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate and high-quality data within recruiting systems and talent databases.
