Salary Range: $26.37 - $42.25
Provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Associate Administrator, including calendar management, communications, meetings, special projects and coordination of executive priorities. Serves as a liaison to hospital leadership, employees, physicians, Board members, volunteers and community stakeholders. Coordinates the administrative functions of the hospital's volunteer program, including scheduling, communication, orientation and day-to-day volunteer support. May be assigned additional administrative, operational, community relations and special project responsibilities based on organizational needs. Requires a high degree of professionalism, initiative, discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field is preferred. A minimum of three years office, administrative support experience supporting high-level executives. Experience in healthcare industry and/or local government environment is preferred. Prior experience managing activities for a Board of Mangers/Directors or senior executives is highly desirable. Experience and expert level knowledge in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook calendar management is required.
