GE HealthCare is seeking a Senior Director to lead enterprise service partnerships, driving customer satisfaction, governance, and long-term value. You will oversee a team of 5+ direct reports, align multiple GE HealthCare functions, and own strategic initiatives with executive-level customers.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, accountability, and growth through renewal and expansion opportunities within enterprise healthcare systems.

Competenze

• 8+ years of healthcare project/program management, service leadership, or related experience.
• 5+ years of direct team leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ direct reports, including customer-facing, operational, program management, or service leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead customer relationships, service partnerships, program governance, and cross-functional execution.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate clearly to executive, customer, and internal audiences.

• Lead executive engagement with customers and strategic partnerships; oversee governance, reporting, and KPI tracking.
• Direct a team of 5+ direct reports including SPM, EPM, AML, and others; set performance expectations and coaching.
