Executive Search Consultant – Specialty Chemicals & Advanced Materials

Boaz Partners is growing, and we’re looking for a driven Executive Search Recruiter to join our team! This is a candidate-focused recruiting role with no business development responsibilities.

You’ll work alongside our search team to identify, engage, evaluate, and place top talent in the Specialty Chemicals and Engineered Materials industries.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the candidate side of the search process from initial outreach through placement
• Source and identify high-quality candidates through research, referrals, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels
• Conduct frequent phone and email outreach to passive and active candidates
• Interview and qualify candidates based on experience, career goals, and search requirements
• Build and maintain strong, long-term candidate relationships
• Partner with senior recruiters to develop recruiting strategies for each search
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and information in our CRM
• Manage multiple searches while meeting recruiting and placement goals

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of professional experience; recruiting or executive search experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making frequent phone calls and engaging with candidates
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Competitive, motivated, and results-driven
• Ability to work onsite in our Inman Park, Atlanta, GA office
