• Manage candidate pipelines in ATS; maintain stages, notes, and activity logs.
• Craft outreach emails and messages that reflect the Beneva Group voice and generate responses.
• Coordinate scheduling between candidates and hiring team.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate sourcing, research, and documentation.

What You'll Do

• Source, identify, and engage passive candidates for executive and senior-level searches across manufacturing, engineering, and operations functions
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens; assess fit against defined job criteria and submit recommendations with clear rationale
• Manage candidate pipelines in our ATS (Loxo), keeping stages, notes, and activity logs current and accurate
• Craft compelling outreach emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up sequences that reflect the Beneva Group voice and get responses
• Coordinate scheduling and communication between candidates and the hiring team
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate sourcing, research, and documentation we use them actively and expect you to as well
• Represent Beneva Group professionally at every touchpoint

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in executive or professional-level recruiting, or a high-level sales and business development background we're open to strong performers who know how to build relationships, drive urgency, and close
• Demonstrated comfort working at all levels of an organization you can hold a credible conversation with a VP of Operations and a senior engineer in the same afternoon
• Active, experienced user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) NOT a "I've tried it" user, but someone who builds AI into how they work
• Strong written communication skills; you write outreach that sounds like a person, not a template
• Experience recruiting within or adjacent to manufacturing, industrial, or engineering sectors strongly preferred
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Loxo, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or similar); Loxo experience is a plus
• Highly self-directed you manage your own time, hit your commitments, and don't need daily check-ins
• West Indianapolis area Preferred this role is based on the west side of Indianapolis and proximity matters for occasional in-person collaboration
