Job summary

Boaz Partners is a boutique executive search firm specializing in chemical, advanced materials, and animal health. This fully remote role lets you run your market like your own practice with support from a respected brand, proven processes, and a collaborative team.

You’ll guide searches end-to-end, build long-term relationships with industry leaders, and leverage a consultative approach to deliver strategic leadership for clients while growing a niche practice and earning uncapped income

Qualifications

• Background in chemical, advanced materials, animal health, or related technical industry.
• Relationship-driven with strong communication and advisory skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working autonomously in a remote environment.
• Curiosity, grit, and a desire to build something meaningful.
• Previous recruiting/consulting experience is helpful but not required.

• Lead executive and strategic searches within the chemical, advanced materials, or animal health sectors
• Build long-term relationships with industry leaders, hiring teams, and high-value candidates
• Implement a proven consultative process to assess talent, advise clients, and manage searches end-to-end
• Act as a market expert, bringing insight and guidance that goes beyond simply filling roles
• Grow a specialty practice area with the freedom and support to shape your own book of business
