Job summary

Paul Bridges Group is seeking an Associate Partner for its Consumer practice. The role blends business development, client advisory, and executive search delivery, working with CEOs, CHROs, investors, founders, and boards across Retail, Hospitality, Restaurants, Food Services, and Consumer Products.

You will originate new retained assignments, expand existing accounts, and help shape and grow the practice over time, leveraging the firm's brand and resources to build a durable book of business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive search experience.
• Strong exposure to Consumer facing industries (Retail, Hospitality, Restaurants, Food Services, Consumer Products).
• Proven success origination and executing senior level searches.
• Experience managing complex relationships with senior executives, boards, investors, and other decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with senior decision makers across Consumer.
• Originate retained executive search assignments.
• Lead senior level searches across C-suite, Board and functional leadership roles.
• Collaborate with internal delivery and research teams to ensure strong execution.
• Expand the firm's presence across targeted Consumer verticals.
