Qualifications

• 3-4 years’ professional recruiting experience or a minimum of 2 years transferable recruiting experience.
• An undergraduate BA/BS degree is required.
• Developing ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates and influence relationships.

Responsibilities

• Researching industry and client company backgrounds and mapping the executive talent landscape to inform search strategy.
• Contacting prospective candidates to elicit interest and gather market intelligence.
• Assisting Consultants in managing the search process and delivering high-quality candidate assessments and reports.
