Flagship Pioneering seeks an Executive Search Operations Analyst to join its Talent Acquisition team. This hands-on role supports executive search execution across Flagship and its portfolio companies, focusing on back-end AI-enabled operations, template creation, and documentation to move searches with precision.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with AI tools, data dashboards, and Greenhouse ATS, enabling accurate reporting and efficient

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive search support, talent operations, or related administrative role.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to update trackers and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting operations & coordination across executive searches.
• Create, maintain and update materials and internal documentation using AI-forward tools.
• Develop templates for job descriptions, status updates, candidate reports, debrief materials.
• Collaborate with recruiters to keep workstreams organized and deadlines on track.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and entry in Greenhouse ATS for ongoing pipelines.
