Job summary

Amplify is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to own senior-level hiring across technical and non-technical leadership roles, including VP and C-suite. You will manage full end-to-end searches, partnering with the General Counsel and CFO for Finance and Legal staffing, and align with hiring managers to attract top talent in education technology.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in full lifecycle recruitment with VP level search experience.
• Experience recruiting senior leaders in EdTech or tech-enabled sectors.
• Proven ability to advise C-suite and manage complex compensation packages.
• Strong knowledge of executive offer structuring and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for VP and C-level roles.
• Advise C-suite executives on market insights, comp benchmarking, and talent mapping.
• Build diverse executive candidate slates through deep networks and targeted outreach.
• Lead candidate engagement from outreach to offer, including equity decisions.
• Monitor industry trends and movements across EdTech, SaaS, and tech sectors.
