Curriculum Associates is seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to own the search process for our most senior roles, including Director, VP, and C-suite positions. You will act as a strategic talent advisor to executives and hiring leaders, shaping search strategy and delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our values.

You will build proactive pipelines, partner with leaders to define success criteria, and lead end-to-end searches across education and ed-tech.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including 5+ years leading executive or senior leadership searches (Director, VP, and C-suite).
• Proven track record of closing confidential, high-stakes searches.
• Experience advising senior executives on search strategy, market conditions, and compensation.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and build executive networks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end executive searches, from intake and role definition to sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and close.
• Advise senior leaders on leadership hiring, market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Source and build executive talent pipelines across education, ed-tech, and adjacent industries.
• Conduct in-depth screening and structured interviews to evaluate leadership capability and cultural fit.
• Negotiate and close offers, relocation, and onboarding transitions.
• Manage external search partners and ensure alignment with our brand and mission.
• Improve the executive hiring function with standards, metrics, and reporting.
