Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related area with relevant experience.
• Alternatively, 7 years' experience in HR, talent acquisition, or related area.
• 3 years' supervisory experience or cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Officer (VP+) executive searches.
• Partner with hiring leaders to develop search strategies and deliver outcomes.
• Identify and engage senior external talent and build relationships.
• Balance internal succession with external market talent.
• Coach candidates through the executive hiring process.
• Build evergreen executive talent pipelines.
