The Senior Associate role drives the recruitment lifecycle, from candidate identification to placement, under mentorship from Partners and Consultants, with exposure to business development and global collaboration. Senior Associates execute search strategies, manage candidate relationships, and prepare client-ready materials.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years professional experience or a minimum of 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Research & Writing: develop position specifications and search strategies with Consultants; map executive talent landscapes.
• Internal and External Communication: contact candidates, conduct in-depth interviews, present candidates to clients.
• Living Our Values: collaborate across stakeholders, act as a culture carrier, support firm initiatives.
• Ethics & Quality: maintain data accuracy and confidentiality; deliver high-quality results on time.
