Qualifications

• 6+ years professional experience or a minimum of 5+ years of transferable recruiting experience.
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree is required.
• Demonstrates refined expertise in professional communications, including written expression, verbal articulation, and engaging presentation delivery.
• Shows ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Preferred: full lifecycle recruiting experience; executive search experience.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Mentoring junior Search professionals.
• Ability to analyze, organize and synthesize large volumes of information into insights.

Responsibilities

• Creating and executing search strategies and position specifications for clients.
• Researching industries and mapping executive talent to provide market insights to clients.
• Preparing business development materials with consultants for client proposals.
• Contacting candidates to elicit interest, conducting in-depth interviews, and assessing qualifications.
• Managing candidate relationships and presenting qualified candidates to clients; maintaining client reports.
