Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Lead Executive Recruiter based at our Mooresville headquarters to lead complex executive searches for Director through VP-level roles. You will partner with senior leaders, map markets, and build leadership pipelines aligned to enterprise priorities.

The role requires strong executive sourcing, assessment, and negotiation skills, with a track record of influencing hiring decisions and delivering a premium candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
• 7 years of progressive executive search recruiting experience in complex markets.
• 5 years leading full-cycle executive or senior leadership searches.
• 1 year guiding recruiters, coordinators, analysts, and sourcing partners supporting executive search activities.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing decisions at Director level and above.
• Strong experience developing executive sourcing strategies, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to assess executive talent through behavioral interviewing and leadership evaluation.
• Experience negotiating complex compensation packages and managing sensitive executive-level discussions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, executive presence and stakeholder management capability.
• Proficient with ATS, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other executive sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex executive searches across multiple corporate functions, including Director, Senior Director, and select VP-level roles.
• Serve as a talent advisor to senior leaders by providing market intelligence, competitive insights, talent mapping, and leadership hiring recommendations.
• Execute proactive executive sourcing strategies targeting passive leadership talent.
• Conduct market mapping and organizational research to identify talent trends, competitor movement, compensation insights, and succession pools.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive candidates, industry networks, and external talent communities.
• Partner with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to define leadership success profiles and long-term talent strategies.
• Conduct behavioral and competency-based assessments to evaluate leadership capability and fit.
• Lead engagement, interview prep, offer strategy, negotiation, and close with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Deliver a premium candidate and stakeholder experience through proactive communication and process management.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to search strategy, market engagement, and assessment practices.
• Maintain accurate reporting, search documentation, and ATS data for decision-making.
