Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 5 years progressive HR experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience managing or supervising others, with report responsibility.
• 3 years working in cross-functional teams with exempt and non-exempt staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and deliver HR processes and projects across channels.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk controls.
• Act as primary HR lead with store HR and cross-functional partners.
• Monitor performance, timelines, finances, and resource use; adjust as needed.
• Provide strategic guidance and partnership to diverse areas of the business.
• Collaborate with HR COEs, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other teams.
