Job summary

You will partner with executives to diagnose issues, design solutions, and mobilize cross-functional teams, building leaders and repeatable practices that scale across the enterprise while driving accountability via scorecards and OKRs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; related field preferred.
• 12 years of progressive experience across functions in large organizations.
• 8 years of strategy, transformation, or analytics experience.
• 7 years in leadership roles and cross-functional teams.
• Experience advising executives and translating objectives into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Business Solutions with a repeatable cross-functional problem-solving approach.
• Partner with data analytics and executives to translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Frame problems, form hypotheses, and identify root causes with data and context.
• Translate solutions into clear objectives and key results for aligned actions.
• Oversee design, testing, and pilots; scale successful initiatives.
• Establish executive cadence to monitor progress via scorecards/OKRs.
• Develop leaders and repeatable practices to strengthen cross-functional execution.
