The Associate role supports Consultants across the recruitment lifecycle, from research and strategy to candidate assessment and client engagement. You will gain world-class mentorship, work with global teams, and help build pipelines for active searches while developing deep industry knowledge and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years’ professional recruiting experience or a minimum of 2 years transferable recruiting experience.
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree required.
• Exhibits skill and developing mastery of professional communications, delivering information with confidence.
• Developing ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates, building positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conducting industry-specific and client company research to map the executive talent landscape.
• Supporting Consultants in developing position specifications and focused search strategies.
• Assisting Consultants in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents.
• Contacting prospective candidates to elicit interest and gather market intelligence.
• Assisting Consultants in conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Managing candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle.
