Qualifications

• Three or more years of recruiting, executive search, staffing, business development, account management, or related professional sales experience.
• A track record of building relationships, earning trust, and producing results.
• Experience recruiting professional, technical, leadership, finance, healthcare, or other specialized talent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting searches from client intake through candidate placement.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.
• Source high-quality professionals through direct outreach, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, job boards, and talent mapping.
• Conduct meaningful candidate interviews and evaluate experience, technical skills, career goals, and fit.
• Present qualified candidates with clear insight, not just resumes.
• Partner with clients on search strategy, market feedback, compensation, candidate availability, and interview process.
