Job summary

PierceGray, an operator-led executive search firm, seeks an Executive Search Consultant to partner with a team to run day-to-day search operations and client management.

The role follows a disciplined process to assess client needs, develop a market strategy, and actively screen high-caliber individuals against functional requirements as defined with clients. This resource will own market insights and the initial candidate pool.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years of professional work experience
• Project management expertise: comfortable with hands-on project execution
• Team focused operator
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a self-starter, able to operate with limited oversight
• Analytical and computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint required
• Analytics, Research, Client Service, and/or Business experience is a plus.
